摘要 <p>The device has a sensor head (2) radiating an optical measuring beam (3) in a sample (4) along an optical axis (z). A scattered light measuring unit (1) measures characteristics of a parameter of the beam scattered back from the sample along the axis with a volume resolution between 1 and 100 cubic micrometer. A data processing unit detects sample measured variable from the characteristics of the parameter of the beam along the axis. The variable is assigned to a dispersion condition of a filling material in liquid and viscous media. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a production or preparing device for producing or preparing of the dispersion from a nanostructured filling material in liquid and viscous media (2) a method for measurement of dispersion condition of a dispersion of a nanostructured filling material in liquid and viscous media.</p>
