PURPOSE: A filler cosmetic composition of oil-in-water cream type is provided to prevent wrinkling and to ensure storage stability and formulation stability. CONSTITUTION: A filler cosmetic composition of oil-in-water cream type contains surfactant containing polyethylene glycol and alkyl group, and powder. The surfactant is selected from the group consisting of glycerylmonostearate, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, PEG-4 stearate, PEG-6 stearate, polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, polysorbate 60, and polysorbate 80. The powder is selected from the group consisting of HDI/triethylolhexyllacton crosspolymer, nylon-12, silica, and polymethylsilsesquioxane.
