<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a function for transmitting a control signal from a communication terminal is required for displaying video/audio, without directly operating external connection apparatus when the video/audio are displayed on the external connection apparatus by reasons that a loaded monitor is small, or the like, when video telephone functions ares utilized in the communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal for inputting and outputting information with the outside via a network, has a communication control section which controls input/output of the information via the network; an external connection apparatus control section which generates a control signal for the external connection apparatus connected to the communication terminal; and an external input/output control section which controls output of video/audio information of the information acquired via the network and the control signal of the external connection apparatus which is connected, and controls the external connection apparatus by using the control signal generated by the external connection apparatus control section, when the video/audio information is output to the external connection apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
