<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer insulating sheet capable of obtaining a cured body with enhanced thermal conductivity and forming a highly water-resistant, acid-resistant and alkaline-resistant layer on a surface of the cured body. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer insulating sheet 1 can be made by bonding adhesion object members by thermal curing. The multi-layer insulating sheet 1 at least includes a first layer 2 containing a first filler, and a second layer 3 which is laminated on one side surface 2a of the first layer 2 and is a surface layer containing a second filler. The first filler contained in the first layer 2 is at least one kind material selected from a group consisting of magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, aluminum nitride and magnesium carbonate.
