PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal constructing a mesh network. SOLUTION: The radio terminal 10 relaying data to be transmitted from one radio terminal to another radio terminal, includes: a management section 12 for managing a first radio resource required for data communication using the terminal as a transmission source; and a division allocation section 13 which, when relaying data of another radio terminal constituting a mesh network, divides a radio resource available for the terminal into the first radio resource and a second radio resource which is to be used for the relay, and allocates the divided radio resource.
