The acoustic mirror (4) represents a band elimination filter having two narrowly adjacent blocking frequencies (fRS1, fRS2; fRS3, fRS4), such that the device can oscillate in two resonance frequencies (fR1, fR2). The mass connection of the substance (81) and the temperature change can be determined by calculation from the measured resonance frequencies (fR1, fR2).
