The tent (100) has an upper part (1) provided with a tarpaulin (5) and a connecting rod (7) i.e. cross connecting rod, and a base part formed as a separate isolating mat element e.g. inflatable couch mat and protection mat, and provided with fixing points (9) for bottom ends of the upper part. The fixing points are designed as Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) fasteners connected with counterparts. The fixing points are formed as eyes, bags, hooks, loops or taps for retaining bottom ends of the connecting rod.
