PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus having a novel and simple structure capable of changing the size of a load without using a deformation cam. SOLUTION: The training apparatus 10, 100, 200, 300 or 400 allowing a user to move muscles or joints of the body by operating an operating part 12 to move against the load includes a support member 30, 110, 220 or 310 supporting the operating part 12, 102, 202 or 302 in a reciprocating manner; a weight 50, 120, 230, 320 or 420 turnably supported by a turning fulcrum 52, 122, 232, or 322, and varying moment around a turning fulcrum by turning in normal and reverse directions; and a connecting member 40, 130, 240 or 330 connecting the support member to the weight and turning the weight in the normal and reverse directions interlocked with the reciprocating motion of the operating part.
