PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a heat-insulated wall enabling modification with good work efficiency when used for modification of an existing freezing storage or refrigerating storage and capable of obtaining the heat-insulated wall drastically suppressing dew formation. SOLUTION: A composite heat-insulated board 3 formed by providing a surface material 2 on one face of a synthetic resin foam board 1 is temporarily installed on the outer face side of a wall 4 of the freezing or refrigerating storage with a clearance 5 to the wall 4 provided so that the surface material 2 faces outwardly. After the temporary installation, a grout material is filled in the clearance 5 and hardened, and thus, the composite heat-insulated board 3 is integrated with the wall 4.
