PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire content by reducing traffic of a line connected from a network of a base or the like to an external network. SOLUTION: In the information communication system, an overlay network is constructed for transmitting/receiving content between each node device and each support device connected to each of a plurality of internal networks. The node device selects, as a source of content, an internal support device that is connected to an accessed internal network and an internal node device that is connected to the accessed internal network, in preference to an external support device that is connected to an internal network other than the accessed internal network and an external node device that is connected to the internal network other than the accessed internal network, to acquire the content.
