PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an arbitrary power plant to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This general-purpose frame structure 1 comprises four side frames 2, whose base ends are mounted to a front end of a cabin 10a and which extend in the forward and backward direction of a vehicle body, and a plurality of mount devices 3 interposed between the side frames 2 and a power plant 11. The side frames 2 are aligned so that a large number of mounting holes 20 are constantly spaced from each other on surfaces of the frames. Adjusters 25 for the side frames for adjusting a relative position of the cabin and the side frames are interposed between the cabin 10a and the side frames 2. The mount device 3 is constituted so that its side frame side is mounted to two mounting holes 20 among a large number of the mounting holes 20. Adjusters 43 for the mount device for adjusting a relative position of a power plant side connection part 41 and a side frame side connection part 42 are interposed between the power plant side connection part 41 and the side frame side connection part 42.
