PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent composite material which allows small variance in thermal expansion coefficient in a plane of a transparent sheet obtained by curing the composite material, and to provide a transparent sheet using the transparent composite material. SOLUTION: The transparent composite material contains a transparent resin and a glass cloth. The glass cloth is a multiaxial fabric having three or more axes.
