<p>The device (10) has a knob (20) supported in a rotatably supported sleeve (40) and comprising a borehole (50). An adjusting element (80) moves a locking pin (90) in a position in which the device is locked when access authorization is missed. The adjusting element moves the locking pin in another position in which the device is released. Two sections of the locking pins are arranged in the borehole and an opening (60), respectively when the access authorization is available such that the knob is rotatable together with the sleeve.</p>
