PURPOSE: A traffic sign board equipped with an LED display unit and a lighting unit is provided to offer image information about traffic situations in the day and night time as well and to automatically accurately control on/off of the display unit and the lighting unit. CONSTITUTION: A traffic sign board comprises a frame(110), a display unit cover(101), a lighting unit cover(102), a first circuit board(130), a second circuit board(140), a display LED(131), an illumination LED, a power supply unit, and a time controller. The display unit cover is coupled to the front or/and rear opening of the frame. The lighting unit cover is coupled to the bottom opening of the frame. The first and the second circuit board are respectively provided inside the display unit cover and the lighting unit cover. The display LED visually outputs predetermined traffic information through the display unit cover. The illumination LED provides street lighting through the lighting unit cover. The power supply unit supplies power to the first and the second circuit board. The time controller stores the sunrise and sunset time according to region and turns on/off the LED according to delay time input to the sunrise and sunset time.
