PURPOSE: A system and method for detecting illegal vehicle parking are provided to determine whether vehicle parking is illegal by the appearance of a vehicle, thereby consecutively detecting illegal vehicle parking. CONSTITUTION: A camera unit(110) photographs a part or all of a parking control zone to obtain an image frame. A local controller(120) stores the image frame and controls the camera unit. A photographing module(100) includes the local controller. A central controller(200) receives image data and image frame from the photographing module and outputs the image data and image frame on a display unit(210). The central controller controls the photographing module. |
