PURPOSE: An automatic clothing management system and method thereof are provided to rapidly recognize the delivery history of clothing by automatically reading tag information that is attached on the clothing. CONSTITUTION: A storage device temporarily keeps clothing or a clothing box in which the clothing is put in. An input and output device(11) displays delivery history and inputs a user command. A reading device reads information in a tag attached to the clothing. A system controller displays reading information by using input and output device. A storage case of the storage device isolates a storage room, which is formed in inside, from outside.
