摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a rice cake bar filled with sauce in the center thereof is provided to insert seasoning sauce inside the rice cake bar while forming a tunnel in the center of the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a rice cake bar filled with sauce comprises the following steps: mixing 20wt% of sugar, 20wt% of onion, 10wt%of spring onion, 20wt% of carrot, 4wt% of amino acid, 6wt% of glucose, 2wt% of salt, 8wt% of garlic, 1wt% of phosphate, and 9wt% of ginger to obtain the sauce(12); inserting the sauce into a hopper(16b) of a machine(15b), and discharging with high pressure; steaming rice and inserting the rice into the hopper; producing the rice cake bar(11) by compressing the rice with a compressor(14a); passing the rice cake bar through a nozzle rod(21) for forming a tunnel in the center of the rice cake bar; and filling the tunnel with the sauce discharged from a nozzle(13).
