PURPOSE: A portable device, driving method thereof, computing device, and internet service supplying method thereof are provided to efficiently supply a wireless internet service and to recognize an optical recording medium through a universal driver unit. CONSTITUTION: A universal driver unit(106) recognizes a portable device that is connected with a USB interface as an optical recording medium. An application unit(102) drives an application for an internet access and service provision by using the portable device. A V modem unit(104) sets up a modem application, a comport application and a data link application. The V modem unit requests internet access to the portable device.
