Disclosed is a composition comprising:
a compound having residues of at least two kinds of nitrogenated compounds selected from the group consisting of nitrogenated compounds represented by formulae (1-1), (1-2), (1-3) and (1-4) [wherein R's independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent and may be the same as or different from one another]; and a phosphorescent light-emitting compound.
