<p>PURPOSE: A condition and a method for manufacturing cement clinker with low content of hexavalent chromium are provided to reduce the content of water-soluble hexavalent chromium by regulating clinker modulus and a sintering condition. CONSTITUTION: A calcareous raw material is prepared. 10 weight% of the raw material is composed of limestone with 50 weight% of a calcium oxide. Based on the raw material, a clinker is synthesized. The lime saturation factor of the clinker is more than 88, the silica modulus of the clinker is less than 2.5, and the iron modulus of the clinker is more than 1.4. The content of a sodium oxide in the clinker is less than 1.5 weight%. The content of a calcium oxide in the clinker is less than 1.8 weight%.</p> |
