PURPOSE: A DC-DC converter is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by outputting a DC voltage as the voltage with a different polarity through step-up or inversion. CONSTITUTION: A first switching device is grounded with an inductive device and a ground. The inductive device applies an input voltage. A second switching device is connected to a node between the inductive device and the first switching device. A first capacitive device and an output terminal are connected to the second switching device and are grounded. A second capacitive device is connected to the node between the inductive device and the first switching device. A third switching device is connected to a second capacitive device and is grounded. A fourth switching device is connected to a second capacitive device. The third capacitive device and the output terminal are connected to a fourth switching device and are grounded. A fifth switching device is grounded with a diode and the ground.
