PURPOSE: A structure of a water level gauge for preventing hot water from spattering is provided to protect a worker by preventing hot water from spattering at a long distance when a gauge glass is broken. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a water level gauge for preventing hot water from spattering comprises an on/off valve drive unit(250), a drain drive unit(260), and a control panel(280). The on/off valve drive unit opens and closes first and second opening and closing valves(210,220). The drain drive unit opens and closes a drain valve. The control panel is separated from the on/off valve drive unit and the drain drive unit and controls the operation of the on/off valve drive unit and the drain drive unit.
