PURPOSE: A wind power generator is provided to maximize the driving efficiency of a rotor and to improve generation efficiency by allowing the flow of residual air to operate the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator comprises first guide units(132,136), dampers(140), and second guide units(133,134,137,138). The first guide units guide horizontal pressure occurred when a vehicle passes through the wind power generator toward a rotor. The dampers prevent backflow pressure from being influenced to the rotor. The second guide units guide the flow of residual air, occurred after the vehicle passes through the wind power generator, toward the rotor.
