PURPOSE: A light scanning unit is provided to reduce the frequency of automatic color correction by reducing the interval between scanning lines due to temperature rise in printing and improving image quality. CONSTITUTION: A light scanning unit includes a housing which is installed in an optical path, and optical components are installed in the housing. The light scanning unit projects a light beam to a plurality of photosensitive drums respectively to form an electrostatic latent image. A thermal expansion controller is installed in the both sides frame and has a coefficient of thermal expansion lower than the housing. |
