PURPOSE: An extruding machine for rice cake is provided to make better rice cake by effectively compressing rice cake dough. CONSTITUTION: An extruding machine for rice cake comprises: upper and lower extruders(20,30) which are formed into two layers; a pair of extrusion screws(21,22) which are respectively driven from the inside; a pair of screw joint shafts(40,41) which are connected to the extrusion screw; and a chain gear or pulleys(60,61) interlinking a screw joint shaft in order to drive upper and lower screw joint shaft at the same time. One of the screw joint shafts is connected to a motor(80) by a belt(90).
