PURPOSE: An outdoor unit for an air-conditioner is provided to improve the heat exchange performance of an outer outdoor heat exchanger by making the flow of air passing through the outdoor heat exchanger smooth. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit for an air-conditioner comprises a main body, an outdoor heat exchanger, a fan, and a discharge grille. The main body comprises the outlet. The outdoor air is discharged through the outlet. The outdoor heat exchanger exchanges heat between the outdoor air and the refrigerant. The fan forces the flow of the outdoor air. The discharge grille is installed on the outlet and has central portion and multiple grill portions(113,114). The grill portion is extended form the central portion to the edge. The grill portion is inclined to the central portion.
