PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus for a portable terminal is provided to reduce the thickness of a portable terminal main body by exposing a main component to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotators(140) is respectively combined to first and second hinge shafts(110,120). A linear moving cam(160) interlinks the first and second hinge shafts. Elastic members(170) give elastic force to the linear moving cam. A first connection member(180) connects the first hinge shaft. A second connecting member connects the second hinge shaft. Both sides of a first bracket are respectively coupled with both sides of the first hinge shaft.
