PURPOSE: A method for preparing an alpha-olefin polymerization catalyst with at least two types of internal electron donors is provided to prepare an alpha-olefin polymerization catalyst with high tacticity and wide molecular weight distribution using at least two types of internal electron donors. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an alpha-olefin polymerization catalyst comprises the steps of: preparing a solid titanium compound catalyst component containing a product of a titanium compound containing at least one titane-halogen bond and an electron donor, wherein the titanium compound and the electron donor are respectively dipped in the activated anhydrous magnesium-dihalide; reacting the solid titanium compound catalyst component with two types or more phthalate-based internal electron donor compound, a titanium compound containing at least one titane-halogen bond, and an organic solvent, and washing the mixture with the organic solvent to obtain a modified solid titanium compound catalyst component; and preparing the modified solid titanium compound catalyst, organoaluminium compound, and organosilane compound.
