摘要 PURPOSE: A boiler system which can be used as an instantaneous water heater using a mono crystal silicone thin film is provided to quickly heat water inside a heat-resistant heat pipe by the formation of a monocrystalline silicon thin film. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system used as an instantaneous water heater using a mono crystal silicone thin film comprises a heater(10). The heater comprises a heat-resistant heat pipe(11), a monocrystalline silicon thin film, silver electrodes, a water supply header(15), and a drain header(16). As monocrystalline silicon is vacuum-deposited on the outer surface of the heat-resistant heat pipe by CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition). A silver electrode is connected to the middle portion of the monocrystalline silicon thin film at regular intervals and is electrically conducted with the monocrystalline silicon thin film. Two or more heat-resistant heat pipes are arranged in parallel. The water supply header and the drain header are fixed water-tight to the upper and lower portions of the heat-resistant heat pipe.
