PURPOSE: A radiation source fine powder slurry and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve energy density and minimize the leakage of radioactive materials and a radiation exposure. CONSTITUTION: Radiation source fine power is added to a mixture including a dispersing agent and a solvent. A radiation source includes tritium metal, Ni-63, or a mixture thereof. The tritium metal includes titanium, zirconium, lithium, uranium and a mixture thereof.
