PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for an air conditioner is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by the formation of a single grain layer which is nanometer thick. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(10) for an air conditioner comprises a pipe(11) and a cooling fin(12). The pipe and the cooling fin are installed at the heat exchange of the external air and the refrigerant. The coating layer is formed on the surface of one between the pipe and cooling fin. The coating layer is comprised of multiple grains. The coating layer is partitioned by the adjacent grains and the dividing grooves. The multiple grains are formed into a single layer.
