PURPOSE: A suturing device for internal organs is provided to simplify an operation by griping and releasing the hand of a user for one suturing process. CONSTITUTION: A needle guide grip(2) is installed in a body. A needle trigger grip(3) is installed in the body. A first arm and a second arm connect the needle guide grip. A first rack pinion and a second rack pinion are respectively connected to the first and second arms. A rotary needle guide(7) is coaxially connected to the pinion of the first rack pinion and rotates. The needle trigger is coaxially connected to the pinion of the second rack pinion and rotates. A fixing needle guide(9) is fixed to the body. A needle fixing spring is installed on the fixed needle guide.
