PURPOSE: A two-way communication device for reducing a noise and a local wireless communication system using the same are provided to implement the output of a reception call and the input of a transmission call through the voice detection unit of a single unit configuration. CONSTITUTION: A noise detection unit(32) generates peripheral noises in a neighbor noise signal, and a voice detection unit(22) outputs receiving voice signal in a reception sound which vibrates the eardrum. The voice detection unit generates a vibration signal in an originating signal. A signal processing unit(10) generates, from the originating signal, a transmission voice signal which excludes the peripheral noise signal and the reception voice signal. The signal processing unit transfers the transmission voice signal to a wireless communication device.
