PURPOSE: A modulation method of an infrared remote controller and a transmitter of the infrared remote controller are provided to improve a frequency band expandability and a frequency compatibility. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray transmitter(10) modulates transmission data into a multi carrier wave. In a second place, a user modulates transmission data into the carrier frequency. An A/V radio receiver wirelessly receives the modulated data. The received data is wirelessly transmitted to a first place. The A/V radio transmitter in the first place modulates the data into a multi carrier wave.
