PURPOSE: An electric charge relay enhancer and a solar battery system including the same are provided to maximize charge transmission efficiency by transmitting charges from a solar cell to a charger through a charge path selecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A charge induction and pumping device(120,130) induces charges and pumps the induced charge. An electric charge path selecting unit(110) transmits input charges to the charge induction and pumping device through two input and output terminals. The charge path selecting unit outputs the pumped charges to an output terminal through two input and output terminals.
