PURPOSE: A bad odor eliminating apparatus is provided to improve the efficiency of a deodorization process by combining chlorine dioxide aqueous solution or chlorine dioxide gas, and cleaning water in order to eliminate bad odor. CONSTITUTION: A bad odor eliminating apparatus includes a reaction room(20), a cleaning room(40), a flue room, a chlorine dioxide spray(60), a chlorine dioxide generator(70), a sprinkler(80) and a cleaning water supplier(90). Bad odor gas is introduced into the reaction room, and chlorine aqueous solution or chlorine gas are sprayed to primarily eliminate bad odor. The cleaning room is in connection with the reaction room. In the cleaning room, cleaning water is sprayed to secondarily eliminate the bad odor. The flue room is in connection with the cleaning room. Gas without the bad odor is discharged to the outside. The chlorine dioxide spray is installed in the reaction room.
