<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate an effective technique for utilization of an interview used for acquisition of requirements, such as for system development. <P>SOLUTION: A requirement acquisition support system includes: an evaluation unit for receiving input of requirement information, classifying the requirement information into a requirement category, and calculating a state evaluation value of the requirement information for every classification; a record evaluation unit for receiving input of a requirement record acquired before an interview, each question sentence and a technique for the interview used for every requirement category, a requirement record acquired after the interview, and success/failure information of the interview, calculating a state evaluation value of the requirement record from the requirement records acquired before and after the interview, matching the calculated value, each question sentence, the technique, and the success/failure information, and calculating a state evaluation value of a requirement acquisition record for every technique; and a procedure manual generation unit for accumulating the requirement acquisition record, accumulating a relation among a pattern of the state evaluation value acquired before the interview, the technique and the success/failure information, and automatically generating an interview procedure manual for every requirement category. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
