<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module substrate with which an electrode-exposed portion does not unexpectedly contacts; and to provide a solar battery module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module substrate 1 has an insulating protective film 2 formed thereon and includes: anode mounting terminals 3a each of which is connected to an anode terminal of a rear surface electrode type semiconductor battery cell 5; cathode mounting terminals 3b each of which is connected with a cathode terminal of the solar battery cell 5; and module wiring 23. The module wiring 23 connects an anode mounting terminal 3a connected with an anode electrode of a certain solar battery cell and a cathode mounting terminal 3b connected with a cathode electrode of the other solar battery cell connected in series with the certain solar battery cell. The insulating protective film 2 has at least one opening 2o for exposing the cathode mounting terminal 3a and the anode mounting terminal 3b, and the opening 2o is formed inside a portion of the solar battery module substrate 1 on which portion the solar battery cell 5 is projected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
