PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating sensor for a vehicle allowing reduction of cost, while simplifying a constitution. SOLUTION: This seating sensor 10 for the vehicle includes four pressure-sensitive sensors 14. The four pressure-sensitive sensors 14 are arrayed in a straight line, and are inclined at an inclined angleαin the range of 7 to 16.5°in only a right direction in relation to a center line L1 in the longitudinal direction of a seat 18. The pressure-sensitive sensors 14 are arranged at only inclined portions and are not arranged in other regions. As a result, the number of arrangement of the pressure-sensitive sensors 14 is smaller than that in a conventional seating sensor, and the arrangement of the pressure-sensitive sensors 14 is facilitated.
