PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reclaim a bridge without causing a traffic hindrance, in the case of a small bridge installed in a mountain area by spanning a floor slab between abutments or between the abutment and a bridge pier. SOLUTION: A bulkhead 1 is formed in parallel with a route direction of a road at least on the valley side of the bridge A; and a solidification material 2 is infilled in a space which is surrounded by the bulkhead 1, a mountain-side slope of the bulkhead 1, and an undersurface of the bridge.
