PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for supporting an eaves gutter, which has proper constructibility, and which enables an attachment plate to be easily screwed to an edge of eaves by means of an electric screwdriver, though overhanging pieces for leading rainwater, falling on a supporting arm, into an eaves gutter are formed. SOLUTION: In this implement for supporting the eaves gutter, the attachment plate 2 is provided at the back end of the supporting arm 1; a front lug supporting portion 3 is provided at the leading end of the supporting arm; and a portion for supporting a rear lug of the eaves gutter is provided in the rear of the supporting arm or on the front surface of the attachment plate. The overhanging pieces 7 and 7 for leading the rainwater, falling on the supporting arm 1, into the eaves gutter, are provided in both the side portions of the supporting arm 1, respectively, and formed in such a shape as to be tapered toward a front end in the state of protruding forward or forward and obliquely downward from the attachment plate 2. When the electric screwdriver 30 makes the attachment plate 2 fixed to the edge 20 of eaves by means of a screw 40, a chuck portion 30a of the electric screwdriver does not interfere with the overhanging piece 7, and the operation of screwing the attachment plate can be easily performed.
