摘要 The hot and cold waste heat of a refrigerant circuit is effectively utilized and high energy efficiency is obtained. When performing the air cooling operation by means of an air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit (5) and performing the hot-water supply operation by means of a hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit (6), the aforementioned air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit and hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit are controlled in a manner so as to reach the target evaporation temperature of the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit (6) or the target condensation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit (5), which are set on the basis of the air cooling capacity and evaporation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit (5) and the hot-water supplying capacity and condensation temperature of the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit (6).
