PURPOSE: A jig assembly for welding of a vehicle body reinforcement is provided to help efficient operation of a welding robot by fixing vehicle body parts and protect workers from harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A jig assembly for welding of a vehicle body reinforcement comprises a base(20) and a sub frame(21). Rotary shafts(22) provided on two sides of the base are respectively inserted in air blocks(24) of bearing fixing devices(25) provided on two sides of the sub frame. A pneumatic cylinder is installed between the lower part of the base and the sub frame. First to fifth units(210~250) and a pin unit(200) are installed on the base. Left and right blades of a reinforcement are placed on the third and fourth units which are respectively provided on both ends of the base and fixed with a locator block and a clamp. A body beam of the reinforcement is placed on the first, the second, and the fifth unit and the pin unit and fixed with locators and clamps. The body beam and the left and right blades are welded by a welding robot.
