PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which attains electrostatic countermeasures and spurious radiation noise countermeasures, using a flexible substrate containing an electrostatic sensor and fixing and incorporating a main substrate, and the like. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 is provided with a resin front case 11 and a resin rear case 10. The apparatus is also provided with a plate-like metal support object 16, which is stored between the front case 11 and the rear case 10 fixed to the front case 11 or the rear case 10 and forms a reference ground potential for the electronic apparatus 1, circuit boards 15a and 15b fixed to the metal support object 16, and a front-face flexible board 13 and a rear-face flexible board 12, which are two flexible boards arranged by firmly attaching them to the inner faces of the front case 11 and the rear case 10, one of which has a shielding layer that is electrically connected to an electrostatic sensor pad, a wiring part and the metal support object 16 and the other of which has a shield layer similar to the shielding layer.
