PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing device or the like suitably used for facilitating determination of content to be reproduced by enabling a user to instantly recognizing content selected as reproduction candidates using voice or video. SOLUTION: The content reproducing device 400 includes: a content storage part 401 for storing multimedia information of each of a plurality of contents and section information to designate a section of the contents; a selection part 402 for selecting one of the plurality of contents as a candidate; a section reproduction part 403 for reproducing, when the candidate is changed by selection, the section of the new candidate multimedia information; and a determination part 404 for determining the selected candidate as a reproduction target; and a content reproduction part 405 for reproducing the multimedia information of the determined content.
