<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a layer to be peeled is stuck to a base material having a curved surface and a method for manufacturing the same, and especially, to provide a display having a curved surface, specifically, a light-emitting device having an organic light-emitting element stuck to a base material having a curved surface. <P>SOLUTION: A layer to be peeled contains an organic light-emitting element. The layer to be peeled is provided on a substrate. The layer to be peeled is transferred onto a film by utilizing a laminate of a first material layer comprising a metallic layer or a nitride layer and a second material layer comprising an oxide layer.
