<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool at a low cost, which efficiently cools a motor and a switching element without causing short-circuiting due to iron powder and drops of water in the introduced air. <P>SOLUTION: The power tool has a brushless motor 1 integrally equipped with: a stator iron core with a coil wound therearound; a rotor iron core; and an electronic circuit 20 connected to the coil and a control circuit section 4. The electronic circuit 20 consists of electronic components including a switching element, a coil connecting section, and a control circuit connecting section, which are arranged on a circuit substrate. A heat radiation member 40 for radiating heat generated by the switching element is equipped, and an insulation cover member 31 is molded so that it integrally covers the electronic components in the electronic circuit section 20, the coil connecting section, the control circuit connecting section, the circuit substrate, and the heat radiation member 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
