PURPOSE: A wood handling vehicle is intended to enable the cutting and shredding of wood to be continuously performed on the spot. CONSTITUTION: A wood handling vehicle comprises a loading box(4), a shredder(9), and a cutter unit(7). The loading box fixes a gunnysack(3) to automatically unload a crane(2) and load onto a loading support(1) at a time. The shredder is installed on the front end of the loading support and comprises a hopper mouth(8). The outlet duct(10) of the shredder is connected to the mouth(4a) of the loading box. The cutter unit cuts wood while rotating by 360° on the end of the boom(5) of a crane, and moves the wood to the rear of the loading case. The cutter unit comprises a clamp(6) for cutting the wood. An insulating plate is attached between the clamp and the cutter unit. |
