In the case the torque variation value N measured during casting belongs to the region B, the part is determined as flaw generation causing a solidified structure (S46B), and, in the case the torque variation value N belongs to the region A, it is determined that the deposition of scale or the like is present in any of the plurality of rolls (S47B).
