PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper plate and a cover plate in an anchor from relatively moving in the radial direction of a reservoir tank. SOLUTION: The anchor includes a belt-like strap plate 10 fixed by welding at its lower portion, a stopper plate 11 mounted to project from the surface of the strap plate in the upper portion of the strap plate, and a cover plate 12 fixed to a reservoir tank and covering the strap plate below the lower portion of the stopper plate, and includes a positioning mechanism 20 stopping a reservoir tank Tb from radially sliding while permitting the reservoir tank to circumferentially slide relative to the stopper plate and the cover plate.
